Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we offer a "Replacement Only" policy under the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective on Arrival: If the glass bottle is cracked or the seal is broken.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you received a fragrance different from what you ordered.

3. The Mandatory "Unboxing Video" Rule To prevent fraudulent claims, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier bag. This must be sent to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Without this video, claims for "missing items" or "transit damage" will not be entertained.

4. Refunds If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source within 7-10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
